He knows how to do the Stage I Updates for the Neon and Caliber. I'd make it easy for him and have the PCM almost ready to come out so he can pull you in the back, swap PCM's, run the ETC and have you on your way. Aftermarket Down Pipe- I'd hold off on a down pipe until you have Mopar Stage I.
