I just had my S2 turbo installed along with a downpipe and wideband (not wired in yet). Below is my Dyno Run.

Red dyno reflects todays dyno run, the blue is last week. The blue is stock turbo/ exhaust. As you can see, my afrs are destructive. Can anyone share their dyno run with ms1, s2, dp, 575/ 590 injs? Where did you set your clamp?

Did you tune your car yourself w/o a wideband?

Yes I did. I basically was having issues with knock and so I tuned until I could get the knock low enough to live with. I achieved 87 throttle percentage and I thought the 590 injectors would keep the car rich enough but I'm seeing otherwise. Tomorrow my plx will be wired in and then I can start tuning properly.

whats your boost at and whats your clamp voltage?
remember, on the dyno your gonna be leaner than on the street. so if you dyno tune you will have to do some minor adjustment on the road.

I talked to Ron today and he believes that the issue is with the dyno. The dyno suggests that when the run is over, I should be looking for a new engine. 18+ afrs is not sustainable. I installed my PLX wideband last night and at 18 psi, I'm seeing about 10.1 afr. My clamp is at 3.1x,. I'm reading it from the scangauge because I havent found my dvm. I moved on the first and its packed somewhere. I'm looking at installing the fic, I just need the install instructions.

Thanks Aaron. I'm starting to play with it slowly. I have my wideband and will watch it closely.
