IM pretty good witht he wiring thingy. I was the first person to do a full emanage install in one day on the nsrt, 2 months after it was released. I just dont have enough time to start twinkling with my ride. WOrking on other market stuff right now plus wiring causes me to chew my nails. :)

thats okay...im taking a few more leaps...and im actually going to top my car out tonight...the caliber is pretty damn stable at 140 MPH...i still had 1500 RPM's left in 5th...Dano any idea what the gear ratio of 6th is? i wonder if the car can go all the way to 180 :D

Not sure. I've looked for that information in the past but was not able to find anything. Doubt it will do 180, I would say 160 tops.

so pretty much 6th gear is useless and only for better gas milage...thats no fun...i had mine up to 140 and had plenty of 5th gear left to go at least another 10 MPH

With 50 more ponies and a bumped governor it will go 165 (My opinion).

If I'm not mistaken there is no governer. Wind dictates the top speed on SRT's.

Getting the wideband bung welded on the downpipe this week. Car is on jackstands and the downpipe at my welder. I'll have a full write up of my FIC install with pics as well as some tips on setting an initial calibration.

Just about every six speed that is produced is an overdrive gear, along with fifth.

You will need 400+ hp to hit 180, imo. My rx-7 topped out at 187 w/512 hp.

dano, did you get injectors, b/c or just the fic?

Yes I got injectors, Mopar Stage 2/3R 30% injectors. Right now the FIC is setup to pass everything through unchanged.

Once I get the downpipe back on, I plan on taking it back to the track for a logging session. I want to see how the ECU handles things by itself. Then I'll load the calibration file that came with the FIC and start fine tuning.

Contrary to popular belief, DCR's FIC does come with a custom calibration;)

cool, well i guess the upside of not being able to buy this right now is ill be able to see what others come up with.

Ok , what the heck is a DC/AC converter besides something that im familiar with that called an inverter which takes dc and turns it into a/c power?

I meant inverter. Its located behind the radio. It provides AC power to the AC plug on the center console.

Ah ok, now your taulkin! Whats the damae for that thingy? I would not mind 110 in the car were I did not have to have my inverter hooked up to the 12v outlet.
