Ok, so I've got a popping sound in the front end and before everyone jumps on the LCA issue, I've already had it done. In fact they also replaced the lower cradle because one of the LCA bolt holes striped out.
So to provide a little more insight, the sound only happens under heavy braking, immediately followed by cutting the car hard to the left or right (doesn't matter). If you turn the car right, the sound is on the left front and if you go left, its on the right front. So I know it something related to compressing the suspension and then turning. I've had it to the dealership about 5 times and they can't find anything and everything seems to be torque correctly. Of course I can't reproduce it for them either because of the extreme conditions it happens under (unless I were to take them out for an autocross ride).
