I have a 2007 caliber and last night when I shut it off it sounded like it was trying to start it's self I turned it back on when inside came out and it was dead. Changed the battery this morning and still nothing but click click any one out there know about this problem and have any answers? I was thinking starter but not sure.
I also have 2007 and had this problem. It is the starter but I didn't catch it in time and it blew up the computer module $1300 fix. Check it out asap. My var actually started itself with the key in my hand.
