2011 Dodge Caliber issue

I have a 2011 Dodge Caliber and have a issue. The car runs great but if you stop for 5 minutes after it is warmed up it starts to idle rough. It does not seem to do it at stop lights and does not seem to do it when you first start it just after it warms up. Anyone have any suggestions of what it could be does not have any codes come up and just put new spark plugs in it.
