2007 rt my wife wrecked it was runnin when got out of it she did do some body damage and airbags deployed but nothing internal wrong has power an lights but will not allow to crank... Lights on in dash show abs brake an all wheel drive no check eng or any other ... What will make it start??
Most newer cars have fuel pump shut off so if there is a wreck or issue where the car is violently shaken the fuel pump will shut off preventing damage. The location varies from model to model for ex. some Fords are by the passenger side kick panel and addresses this in the owners manual. Not sure if the Caliber has this or not but it may be a place to start.
For future reference, it's on the passenger side of the console. You have to unlatch the little plug (Screwdiver is needed cause it's a real beach) and it's a white latch that you just push down on. (For 2007 R/T)
