I have a 2008 caliber srt that has the locking wheel nut on it. My wheel lock is lost and I need to get the tire off. Is there a way to get the locking nut off without the key?

Is it the factory round style? If so, you can put a socket over it. You'll have to find the size that fits onto the key, you'll have to beat the socket onto the key with a hammer. Then just use an impact gun to remove it. I did it alot when I was at the dealer and just replaced key nuts with regular lug nuts. Some times dealers have extra keys when cars get traded in (depends on the dealer and their policies on what they like their used cars to have ). So ask your local dealer if they happen to have extra keys to remove it, or use the socket method.
