Its hard to say without hearing it or seeing it but it may be a boost leak, which means one of your hose/vacuume lines may be loose and its letting out slightly so its causing it to make that noise. How much boost do you push? Also does it go down while doing a pull? Do you ever get a check engine light code?

Congrats on your Deep Water Blue 09 CSRT find. I got mine July 4th weekend.

I have a noise also, to me it sounds like the alternator is going out but, Dodge claims its 'normal'
