Water in Tail Light of Cali 08!

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday! I am new to the forum need some advise on the one and only issue I have ever had with my 2008 Dodge Caliber. My driver side tail light has water, and I was wondering if taking it out and draining it will solve, but I cannot find any manuals on how to take care of stuff like this on your own. I am on a budget and cannot afford to bring it to a dealer, but I thought a shop would do if it came to it? Anyone has had this issue and if so, how was it dealt with? I thank anyone or everyone who responds in advance!

Its very easy to drain it, but the problem will re-occur unless you reseal the tail light or drill a couple small holes in it somewhere out of sight.

Simply open the rear hatch, remove the two plastic press-fit connectors, and then pull the tail light firmly towards you. Unscrew the bulbs and the tail light can now be dried out.
