06 Caliber crd diesel starting issue
Hi guys i've had a look through some threads and i cant find a problem similar to mine (point me in the right direction if i've missed it),
i bought a caliber with minor rear damage for a bargain price
i love the looks of the car and wanted something a bit different.
the repairs were nearly finished when-
i moved my caliber 2.0 crd out of the garage (started fine)
it was parked outside for about 10 mins(engine off)
i went to put it in the garage again and the engine turn but wouldn't fire
it had run out of fuel!!! i probably turned it over a bit longer than i should have.
i put some fuel in and took a little while to start
ever since this incident the starter has turned and stopped turned and stopped while i still hold the key in start position
i've changed the starter(2nd hand) and checked starter connections
i've checked fuses and relays
Any ideas and help would be gratefully received
