JAXGAL. I had a similar experience 6 months ago. I was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me - my headrests "exploded." I was shocked when I notice them deplored after accident. I too did not know I had them. I am suffering soreness, headaches, and "tightness" in the top/back of my head. The most disturbing problem is "memory lapses." It wasn't until recently that it occurred to me what caused the soreness in this spot. I'm short and when the headrest sprung, it hit me right in the top of my head in that spot. I've been to neurologist and am scheduled for brain scan and other tests. I was diagnosis with a concussion in ER. I have a lawyer - rdiaz@LaBovick.
