heated seats not working

like the title says my heated seats in the 2007 caliber I am looking at dont work. some repairs to the car I have already fixed include:

replaces one of the main connectors to the ecu ( old owner hit a coyote and it ripped off )

cleared the ecu of engine codes ( all emissions related )

changed tires ( not that that should effect the seats :P )

looked for blown fuses but none were to be found.

please help as I really enjoy my heated seats in the winter and would like to keep them. I noticed my hazard lights do not work either if that helps..

Seeing as your hazard lights don't work I'd wonder if the switch panel is either faulty, or if the plug is disconnected or faulty.

It's easy to get at. Pull the shifter straight up to remove it. Then carefully pry up the shifter bezel to remove it. Then starting at the bottom of the radio bezel (probably silver) and start sliding your hands up the sides until it is loose. Then, unplug the hazard light/heated seat switch panel and remove the 4 screws that hold the climate controls to the bezel and it will all be open for you.

yes but if that was the case would the switch not still at least light up? Maybe I missed a fuse, where is the fuse located for the seats?

The switch should be lighting up. Check the connections, as I mentioned in my previous post.
