Question LCA Bolt Recall CSRT-4 info needed.

I called the dealler and they said they knew nothing of a recall for LCA bolt on the CSRT-4. The only thing they had was an emissions recall (H32). Do anyone have the information on the particular recall?

Apparently per my experience, only certain cars were subject to the recall and if the vin doesn't pop up the recall they arent going to know.

but yes, mine was in for this and it only consisted of a retorque. not a replacement and I have not had trouble with this since then. i actually didn't have trouble since I retorqued them.

Some are subject to replacement if there is damage, or a certain type of bolt I guess.

It does say that it is VIN specific but you can take it in and see what they say if you have time to waste

Thanks, i went to the dealer and they said they could not find this recall for my VIN.

They did do the re-flash Recall and I tell you, my car fills better.!

Re: LCA Bolt Recall CSRT-4 info needed.

It's not an actual recall. It is a Service Bulletin. I just got my LCA bolts replaced this week when I went in for my H32 recall.

Re: LCA Bolt Recall CSRT-4 info needed.

just print the bulletin from the link provided above and show it your service departemnt and they will get it done since its not VIN specific. They could be just looking in the wrong section(recalls) and thats why they cant find it.
