No Idea the Rear Subframe had rusted out

2009 Caliber SRT-4 driven about 6K miles per year and through NJ winters....didn't realize the subframe had rusted so bad...went around a turn and the one wheel just pulled out from the center. Looking at the entire area close up now I can see almost everything needs to be replaced in the back.

Read about the extended 10 year warranty ...if that is EXACTLY to 10 years I just past that in July.
Been searching online and can't seem to find this just hit and miss trying to find one in a junk yard?
This subframe is unique to SRT-4 correct?
