So I finally got a chance to dyno the Caliber with the MS1K installed. All I can say is wow. I previously dyno'd at 282HP and 297ft-lbs at the wheels on a Mustang dyno on MS1 with a D/P and AGP-AWG. I also have a big intake (4"). Otherwise stock.
Drum roll.... MS1k 341.5HP and 330ft-lbs with the same setup. My only issue is that boost drops to 12.5 to 13psi at 7000 which is where I made 341HP. I'm sure if I could hold more boost, say 16psi I would have made 360ish. I'll need to check for boost leaks I think. I know that the turbo will not hold high boot to readline, but I thought it would hold more then 12.5-13psi. Any Comments?

So, I have been reading other posts with the MS1k and I see that they are running 18-20PSI with full throttle 87%. No matter what I do, I can not get more then 17PSI. Anything over that and it pulls throttle. Is that expected? It seems similar to stock where when you spike over what the ECU wants to see it bleeds it off quickly and pulls throttle. I can spike to whatever I want (18-19 even 20psi) but it settes quickly at 15.5 and then falls off to 12.5-13 at readline. You can see the spike in the torque curve at the begining, then boost follows the torque curve from 16.5 down to 12.5 ar readline. Any thoughts?

16-17PSI is about all you're going to get before you start playing with Clamping. Once you get into that, your power goes up, but you'll have some tuning to do.

I have a clamp, but was never able to get the pnp harness to work. I didn't want to cut wires. Guess maybe I'll have to unless someone has a pnp harness they would like to part with.
