Like the 2015 Dodge Challenger, the 2015 Dodge Charger has flexed its new muscles on the Internet ahead of its official debut.
As Dodge promised, the 2015 Charger has been thoroughly overhauled bumper to bumper with every body panel being new. The styling of the new Charger has been influenced by its Dart stable mate, with a prominent blacked-out grille, projector headlights with LED daytime running lights along with a revised front bumper that incorporates separate LED lights. For the most part however, the Chargerís sedan profile remains mostly changedÖ so in a way, you can definitely tell itís still a Charger despite itís new-age look.

Much like the Challenger, the Charger will be available with a carry over 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine with 370 hp and 395 lb-ft of torque. The brand has added an eight-speed automatic transmission that enhances both acceleration and fuel efficiency. There is of course still the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with 292 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque that offers up to 31 mpg on the highway for the more eco-friendly. The Charger SXT equipped with the Rallye Appearance Group package bumps performance to 300 hp and 264 lb-ft of torque thanks to a cold air intake, performance exhaust and ECU changes.
Expect a smoother driving experience on the 2015 Charger as well, attributed to the electronic power steering with three different modes (Normal, Comfort and Sport), lighter cast aluminum axles and a fully electronic shifter.
