The accelerometer is so that the phone can tell if it is being held in portrait or landscape and rotate the screen accordingly.

i said i wouldnt get an iphone and that my blackjack 2 was just as good etc etc. it wasnt till i got one that i realized how wrong i was. its one of those phones that you dont realize how much better it is than every other phone out there .

im not a mac a phile but i like i macbook and iphone better than any of its competitors ive owned or played with.

yeah i did that.......i didnt say it doesnt work well, after a whole week of playing with it, it got old and useless to me.
