Multiple Engine Codes

Hello All,

I have a 2009 Dodge Caliber that I haven't driven in a couple years. I crank it every now and then, but I decided to take it out today because I'm having the Electronic Throttle body replaced on it. The battery has been replaced and I had to repair one of the battery terminals. Upon driving the check engine light came on. Took it to Auto parts store and they scanned it and it threw multiple codes. Some of the codes are P2101, P000B, C2100, U140E, C2202, P1607, P0585, P161B. Any thoughts on why multiple codes were thrown? I have had issues with leaking in the driver side floorboard in the past. I was also told the the relay blocks can get corroded and also check the grounds for corrosion. I'm not a car expert and don't claim to be. Any help is appreciated.
