Hey guys. I looking for a bit of help/info here. I'm wondering if anybody with an FSM for a Caliber can look up the following specs for the 1.8/2.0/2.4 engines for me:

Piston Pin Diamter (Nominal or Limits)
Piston Diameter (Nominal or Limits)

*See attachment for an example of what I'm looking for.

Or if anybody knows where I can find a download of the Caliber FSM shoot me a PM.

Thanks,

Matt

Sorry, so far there have been 47 views of your message but I guess most are like me and do not know where to find the information requested.

Give it a little time and one of the viewers will likely have the answer you want.

Wow..... :(

Well if it's set up like my Neon FSM it will be:

Engine-> 1.8/2.0/2.4 -> 1.8/2.0/2.4 -> Specifications

There will be a table or list of specifications that look similar to the attached image. The attached image in the first post is from my Neon FSM to give you an idea.

Or option B, which is my favorite is if you have a copy of an FSM you're willing to share with me I can find the info I need (and then some) myself.

Don't tell me this is a 100% intake/neonlights/painting crap crowd. Someone here knows what I'm talking about.

That's nice, it had the nominal piston dia's on it but that was it. I'm just surprised nobody with an FSM could open it up to the specs page, hit copy and paste it for me like someone else did. It didn't take him long at all and I got all the specs I needed and them some.

Doesn't look like you guys are the engine work crowd.

Thanks for trying guys.

........and probably not many want to pay the $100 for a FSM, as was said, until most are off of warranty.Betcha the FSM isn't even in print for the public yet, don't they use CD's now???:D

happy New Year to all.......

This took some work, Hopefully it is what you want.

The manual is not exactly what you would think. It has little om the 1.8. and the 2.0 lists it as being the 2.4 typo I assume. I will make mutiple posts to keep the files organized.

This is for the 1.8L
