[Boring_Caliber]

Just joined the page!

Got a hot question: went from icky Suzuki Vitara 16" wheels (was not me, i bought the car like that i swear XD)
and bought some sweet et35 18x8 wheels

Tires currently on are 255 40 r18 (came like that when purchased) but i feel like they are little thin for me...

what is the recommended size for the Caliber for said wheels? Base 2007 model if it helps

Hi and welcome to the forum, my SXT Sport CRD (Europe) came as standard with 18's, (Rim 7Jx18 ET40) with the standard tire size of 215 55 18. Optional Rim was a 7.5Jx18 ET40 with 235 50 18. The SE and SXT came with 17's, (Rim 6.5Jx17 ET46) tire size 215 60 17. In North America and other markets SE had 15's Rim 6Jx15 ET39 with tires 205 70 15 or 16's, the standard SXT and SXT Sport for 07 came with the 17's. The R/T got the 18's. Included a link that shows Standard tire and Rim sizes as well for all 2007 Caliber and an 07 US Sales and options brochure. Hope this helps.

My cousin's srt4 has Vision truck wheels 426 CROSS in 18x8 +40mm with 255/45 tires. They stick out a little but no rubbing at all.
