Sorry I forgot to post the link to the guys store.n1vek said:Now that is sweet. I am really starting to like what I am seeing from the people on here. Between the mud flaps and that decal, I have two mods that look good and are relativly inexpensive.
How much did that run you? I am going to assume that installation is as simple as placing the sticker on level?
As long as you dont want to reuse the ones you take off, they will come off easy, it destroys them, but they do come off, I had to peel a corner off to fix it, I almost ruined it. As it is, it is a bit wrinkled now, I think I will order another.jayster_4_69 said:Hey Badda,
i have had my stickers for a couple weeks now, but i don't have my Caliber yet, i got 3 stickers "DODGE" "SEEEE YA" and "CALIBER". i was wondering would it be easy to change the stickers if i got sick of one?
Thanks
I would imagine that - like most lighting mods - it all depands on your state and local laws as far as as what are considered moving and equipment/inspection (as applicable) requirements and violations.GOT said:Cool! I want to put GOT GRAPHIC on one of those.
I'm wondering, is this legal? Like will I get pulled over by a letter-of-the-law state trouper for this???
LOL So true...and they thought they were trying to pull a fast one over you, I never thought about it like that...lukeinva said:............. I could make the arguement that everyone with red blinkers is trying to impersonate an emergency vehicle since they have red lights also they didnt have answer for that one.....
It is applied ot the outside of the brakelight. It is a very sticky vinyl decal.lukeinva said:Most state as long as the entire light isnt covered and it can still be seen clearly it would be legal. I am actually talking with my state reps to try to make the vehicle mod laws more clear. In va for instance it says that you must have a colored light or the cover must be colored but it doesnt say what color. I have a 2006 300 and was thinking about changing the parking lights from orange to blue , but they said I could get pulled over for impersonating an emergency vehicle which I then replied well the tail light blinkers are red and I could make the arguement that everyone with red blinkers is trying to impersonate an emergency vehicle since they have red lights also they didnt have answer for that one.....Sorry for the long post
I wanted to know did you apply that to the inside of the brake light or outside??
It's a federal law that's locally enforced (i.e. not a felony 1st time out). A vehicle, unless an official government vehicle, can not have forward facing blue/red/yellow flashing (includes blinking, i.e. turn signals), but keep in mind "Amber" is differentiated from "yellow." Stock front turns or Amber, and Emergency Vehicles use Yellow lights.lukeinva said:Most state as long as the entire light isnt covered and it can still be seen clearly it would be legal.
