Looks pretty good, except they were going about 15mph in the video. Looking forward to seeing it on a dry track, where they can open it up.

On a side note, just over 3000lbs, 300hp, and they're claiming the same performance as the previous SRT-4? It's GOT to be faster than that if those specs are all true, the old SRT-4 was "under 6 seconds" 0-60 and it weighed 2970lbs with 215HP... then again it made almost the same torque, maybe the '07 SRT-4 is a topend oriented machine, making mad HP in the higher RPMs...

funny..... some how seeing it in motion totally changes what the car looks like... It looks smaller than the photos portray.

It looks mean....
You know I was sorta thinking the samething. It really looks small on the road like that, stubby I think was the word they used and that fits it perfectly.

Im w/ ya. I think a mid 13 is definately achievable. However, keep in mind, the old SRT-4 was very underrated from the factory. Plus, this new SRT4 has 6 gears (NOT always beneficial to times, usually hurts 0-60), weighs a bit more, AND is running on 19s, versus the old ones 17s. Subtle differences that will affect its performance.

Still cant wait for this thing to come out.

i think it is good that there is not way too much of a torque difference because there is already crazy wheelspin. I like to actually accelrate while moving. That is retarded though 6 seconds something is wrong there or maybe there is soething up there sleeve. You never know

Maybe its just me, but no matter how much power its got, or how fast it goes the idea of it being a small 4 door hatchback is still not my idea of "fast". There was never once a time where I said, damn, that Matrix and that Vibe sure look fast, I'd like to tune one of them up! Nice to see there actually is a SRT version of it though. Good find on the vid too.

If there were like 5 companies making turbos and had an aftermarket like Honda did, then the Maxtrix and Vibe...well...any car for that matter, would be popular and people would think nothing of it.
