Caliber vs. SUV
Just wanted to Clarify something that I've seen here alot. A mistake I've even made as I talk about the car, mostly because I also think about Compass and Patriot we'll be building soon.
The Caliber is a true car, not an SUV, or even a mini SUV. The pictures I've seen posted don't do it justice. It is a very nice looking car. Sits lower than the pictures suggest, but most if not all those pictures were taken while the car was in pilot. Has a short, squat, wide stance that makes it look meaner than the pictures suggest.
It is only slightly taller than the Neon was, as well as slightly longer. Just guessing but I'd say no more than 2, maybe 3 inches taller than the neon and about 4 to 6 inches longer, but its probably 2 inches wider as well.
Even on the Dodge website where you can virtually build the Caliber, the paint colors aren't completely accurate. The Orange is closer to the Go Man Go Charger color, the blue is more of a powder or baby blue, Yellow, Red, White, and Black are really the only colors that actually look accurate. Haven't even made one yet that is the Olive color....ICK!

still looks like an ugly ass Pontiac Vibe. don't care if it is shorter or anything, still ugly. IMO.
