Ok, just opened the local paper and Caliber prices in Toronto seem to have jumped substantially in the last few days. Here's what I've seen so far

Caliber SE $15,995 That seems like a resonable price given the exchange rate currently

But here's what gets me

Caliber SXT starting at $20,995 +tax, freight, etc. Is their $5000 worth of difference??

When I priced SE's and SXT's online at the US site, the starting price was only $2000 different

what gives?

I think that's a typo or something, cause I just ordered an sxt here in Edmonton and it was almost loaded for 21k

im assuming the sxt price had to have been with the cvt and 2.0 and the se was 5-speed

Prices seem to be coming down in advance of 2008 models.

Over the weekend I saw a price for a new 2007 SXT in Toronto at $15,988.

Lowest yet that I can recall.
