There is a small compartment in the dash to the left of the gauges in the Caliber.

What are you suppossed to put in there?!

It's designd to fit parking/credit sized cards. That's why there is a bit of a lip on the edge so things don't slide out.

I've found that it is the perfect place to keep 2 spare magazines for my Glock 30 (compact 45 auto).

And YES, I DO get "razzed" about the "Caliber" vehicle name.

actually dashboards come in racks. usually of nine. the racks are usually called dunnages. that's how the dashes come before they're put together though... once put together, they usually ship in trailers 60 deep.
