I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT. The windshield wipers won't turn on. The headlamps will not turn off or on (they turn on when the car is started). The blinkers nor will the headlamp brights work and the screen on the radio will not work (no numbers or letters). Please help, any suggestions to what it might be is helpful. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Thanks.

Ok your DRLs (daytime running lights) are working.
Your light control lever(stalk) does nothing so either
the switch in the control stalk is bad or the TIPM
(totally inegrated power module) the computer/fusebox
has turned of peripherals due to a current sense fault.
Have you made any changes to the light HID etc?
Have you added to the radio system?

Try disconnecting the negative(-) battery terminal
for 10 minutes and test.
If it's the TIPM or stalk switch the dealer is your
best bet.
