Just noticed that there are only 3 still shots from the tv ad in the online article. In the print version, there were 6. If you are interested, here they are:

Anyone else think that the Caliber looks better WITHOUT the chrome around the grill?

Kind of makes it look more badass... Just like with the SX2.0's, I always loved how the R/T's didn't have a chrome grill.

Looks cool either way, but that's just my opinion.

Also, i'm not so sure about this whole 'bad boy' kind of image they're going for with the caliber. It's an AWESOME vehicle and all, but not really the kind that's going to roll around and DOMINATE all the other cars out there, and for Dodge to try and push this image, it's going to make Caliber owners look like jerks.

...now the SRT on the other hand... hehehe

I'm not exactly a fan of chrome. I'd much rather do without. Pretty much the reason I chose silver for mine (the chrome grille won't be as noticeable!) and why I didn't get the R/T.

Yeah, like others have said, chrome is more for luxury cars in my opinion.

i tend to agree, with the chrome, i do like chrome wheels to, they make any car stand out! but i do notice on trucks that the sports versions always have one color facia, lik the new hemi sport, versus, say laramie and what not.
