Sounds like a good idea Tupmeir and I would love to come along to your Caliber meet.
But I havent got my Cali yet and Niagra Falls even though a fantastic locale would be a voyage on a ship to get there from the UK !

But you have given me an idea, This forum could have a thread specifCALI for people who want to arrange meets.

I myself would drive anywhere mainland UK in my Caliber to have a laugh and chillout with some other owners for an afternoon.

So lots of stuff on the horizon as the Caliber forum gets more and more involved...I just want my Cali now :)

Sounds like it could be fun. Mine should be here in 9 days. (A little odd to have a car arrive on a Sunday isn't it?)

Though there's also the CNE Airshow that weekend. Nothing like standing under the approach path of a B-52H...Awe inspiring, and ear drum shattering :)

Tell ya what. If you plan one of these events, and give me 3 months advance notice, I might be able to make it. Or better yet, make it in a more central place, I don't know whe- HEY! How about Dallas! That's pretty central. See ya soon!!!

Funny- this is how my PT event started!! Next thing you know, there were 600 PTs from all over North America in Niagara Falls!

If you are serious about this, I have a ton of contacts there, as well as all the "issues" involved with doing something like this in the Falls area. Basically, the Falls area is owned by the Niagara Parks Commission, nothing happens in any park without thier permission! You would need insurance, permits, and maybe Police. All at a cost. Even trying to crash a park has its risks, I think the Chevy Avalanche people tried that 2 years back and were sent home.

There is a great park at the base of the Queenston/Lewiston Bridge that seats 600+ cars. Let me know.... ;)

Fitz, you plan one in Dallas, I just might make the 5 hour drive and see you there. What better way to see what kind of MPG I get on the highway? :p

At first I was just kidding about this, but after thinking about it, it would be cool, huh? Maybe we could get all the Texans, and maybe Okies, to say where the best location would be for them. I personally like S.A., or Austin, but then you wouldn't get to check your mileage. Just a thought, but who knows?
