Well I have set myself a budget, cleared it with the wife, and officially now have a plan for the new Cali. Included with this post are the links to all the products that will be going into the car. Now... dont y'all get your hopes up on seeing everything all at once, cause... this a work in progress and I live paycheck to paycheck.

I just want to say that I love this forum and have got a LOT of Ideas from y'all. Because of this, I have done a lot of research and this is what I have come up with:

1. Sound deadening and insulation> I refer to Radruss R/T's post about his "little project" gave me ideas to sound deaden the floor and walls of the car.
http://www.caliberforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2492&highlight=insulation

2. Headlights> I think I have foud the winners in the headligh cat... I liked Black R/T's headlights and was going to do that. but then I found these:

3. The fog lights, the bain of my existence with this car> I have decided not to go with the OEM afterthought, instead I will use the Pilot Navagator Series with the Halo ring to match the headlights, and in all the lights, I will be using the Sylvania Cool Blue halogens. For the edges that I will have to cut, I'm gonna still be looking for some kinda sealer or edging that looks good and is permanent.

4. I have already ordered a new antenna, a 15 incher with flames etched on it. It will be here any day now.

5.As far as floormats> I am a biker, so we have to integrate some Harley stuff.

OK NOW FOR THE SOUND SYSTEM (OH YEAH!)

6. The head unit, a Kenwood system> why? because it has everything I want in one package... HD radio, Sirius, NAV, TV, DVD, back up camera input, i-pod integration, CD, various inputs and outputs, 7" screen, Oh and I think it has a radio in it too... one with a clock I think. And I can put my kids' pics as wallpaper.

7. Sub-Woofer> I am going to build an enclosure in the stock sub location (I do NOT have music-gate) This sub is cool and very thin... should work nicely with the space provided.

8. DVD monitor from up high> (this exact one may change) Kids have to be able to be occupied so that we parents can maintain sanity and not be arrested for road rage. This little unit takes up very little space and has a 10.5" screen... awesome.

9. Door speakers> Mb Quart have always been my favorite for full range and that is what I am going to get. Still haven't figured out where the tweets are going yet.

10. The amp>because of ever incresingly shrinking space, I found this JL Audio that sould do the trick.

11. LAST THING the wheels> I dont have a link yet, but I am looking into 20"s with black centers and chrome rings.

i like the list you have their, i myself have MB Quarts, my father bought them for me, i have a pair of 5.25" and a pair of 6.5" both are Premium Series, i have had the 5.25"s in my previous car, (lhs) and was not at all impressed by a 300 dollar pair of speakers, i did not have the cross overs hooked up, and i found a stock amplifier, hidden on the left quarter panel under the carpeting in the trunk, so hopefully when ever i get around to stuffing all the stuff i have in my neon, i'll be pleased, so far i have 600 dollars of speakers holding the carptein in my room down haha.

nice list, but i would stay away from mb if it's new. They are not the same company and their products are no where near what they used to be. Also that sub prob won't fit ( without some massaging) into the enclosure. not saying that it can't be done but you'll see what i am talking about if you try it. Also look for some reviews of that sub.. all that I have read on all the flat subs like that were not that great. I though about doing the same thing but am going with an enclosure in the spare tire well.

Oh and good choice on the black... it is the fastest btw!!

Did you read the part hwere I live paycheck to paycheck? All this wont be anytime soon, Except!!!! I got the antenna the other day, and as I expected.... the reception sucks. The new head unit is on layaway, and the new bezel is ordered from MOPAR.... The other stuff is gonna be a while, I am building a bike too, so I am eating Ramen noodles for a while.

Oh, by the way, I am getting a different head unit, thats the reason for the new NAV bezel.
