Hey guys I am getting the stage 3 installed tomorrow whats the recommended way to correctly break the clutch in? I would like to hear from people who actually have it installed thanks.

I would do at least 300 stop and go miles OR 500 combined miles for your average person.

There are other ways to break a clutch in faster but would recommend just driving as much as you can

Okay the reason I am asking is I am going to Test and Tune in like 17 days and was just wanting to know what I need to do in order to make sure I am ready for the track. I dont want to go and beat on it before its ready. So stop and go driving for 300 miles, alright looks like I will go driving around outside base. Any other ways to break in the clutch?

After that you can get what you should have in the first place - Stage 5!:bigthumb:

there is a sheet in the box with the clutch that lists SBC's break in procedure/reccomendations

any toughts on it?


And what do you mean break in clutch?
