not that the 300hp already in the caliber isn't enough for me, but has there been any word if they are planning a similar upgrade set like the neon srt-4 got? i think it would be a good idea and they'd sell quite a few stages imo. what do you guys think?

Give it a year at least. Stage 1 upgrades didnt show up until just before the 2nd MY of the SRT4.

I was reading the last meeting (2/15/06) with the SRT-Engineers and they said that we can expect those types of upgrades.srt-rex said:

yea, the SRT engineers were on a pretty short leash as to what they could talk about. there was absolutely no talk about future vehicles.
They couldnt comment on the SRT-4 other than with information that was already released. the same went for any other future or concept cars.
they did say for sure there would be upgrades tho which is great news.

i just hope that engine isnt entirely hard to play with cause i would hate bringing my car in to be worked on for the simpliest things

im hoping its not hard to work on. with this new world engine anything could happen tho. idk if the vvt will make tuning and stuff harder. im not knowledgable on tuning so ill leave that to the smarter guys on the board to figure out.
