I know what you are thinking and no, that is not the cause:D. It does it whenever I make a turn at speed. It does not matter if it is a left or right turn. Just for informational purposes, I am 5'11" inches tall and weigh 160 pounds so I don't think my weight should have anything to do with it. Any of you had this happen or have any idea what could be causing it?

I'm getting the same type of problem on my drivers side seat. I'm about 160lbs and whenever I turn L or R my darn seat goes with me. What the heck is up with that? So what did u do? Did you tighten down the bolts on the seat or did Dodge tell you that there is nothing you could do, because there was some slack to be used in the tracking of the seats?
No fix as of yet. I am just going to add it to my list of things I want the dealer to fix the next time I go in. It sounds as though many of you have the same problem so at least I am not alone. I think DodgeGirlKathy describes the problem perfectly.
