I find this so beyond coincidence.

On Friday, I registered a complaint about my dealership and the status (or lack thereof) of my car with Customer Service.

On Saturday, I send a 2 page letter full of details to Customer Service through the Dodge website.

Today, I call to ask the status of my car (just for giggles)...

IT'S IN "F" STATUS (PAINT) AND HAD AN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE OF TODAY!!!!!

I just couldn't believe it, so I called back to CS after I ate lunch. Same story. Then when I leave work, there's a voice mail from my salesman, saying the same thing. Well except the ship date, he's saying they should have it sometime next week. It's gonna take a week or more to quality test and then drive it across town?

Now if I could just figure out how to get it off their lot without paying THEM for it.

Awesome news meek84!!!:) Maybe that's all it took to finally get your car. I think maybe I'll give that a try. Hopefully you have your Caliber soon. God knows you've already waited way too long.
