The dark blue, and the gray will be 'late availability'- too bad as the blue was my 1st choice.

hmm.. i liked the blue too. black as 2nd choice tho.
When is the "late availability" colors coming out. I was thinking black but maybe gray if it looks good enough.
what is the point of saying that in a way they are losing sales because someone might be deadset on a blue one and wait and find something better
marine Blue and Light Khaki are on hold until march I believe.
i want an orange color
electric blue all the way, maybe with some metalics! or a little more blue tint and metalics
What about the yellow....? Has anyone seen a yellow one in person?
Liquid Yellow isn't availible yet. All I have seen is black, red, orange, and silver. White's floating around out there somewhere but I've not seen it.

I think the ecectric blue would look good on the Caliber. You can't get the color though, not on a Caliber at least. Maybe in the future on '08+ models.

No, I havent either, another color I would want to see though before I bought one.
My order in marine blue is still being rejected although my dealer was told it could be ordered as of Mar.8 Somewhat disappointed in that. Hopefully I'll hear some reliable info soon.
Hey TechMan, are they able to tell you if any color is available with the other options you want?
I haven't bothered to ask as I am into dark and shiny but not wanting the black. I remember comments in discussion though about dealer inventory orders in other colours being accepted. I would bet if I switched to the black all would proceed without issue.
I placed an order in Marine Blue in early march. I have a VIN and last I heard, vehicle is still in D status (no build date yet). So you definitely should be able to order marine blue.
Thanks for that. Your order has at least been accepted and assigned a VIN. I wonder what in the order config I used is holding things up. I'm in Canada and wonder if the ordering system hasn't been updated as promptly as the US system. My config is:

R/T AWD, Marine Blue
Convenience Group
Grey Leather
Power Sunroof
Security Group
9 Speaker Audio
UConnect
If Steel Blue is the "dark blue" you're talking about, i've already seen one on a lot here in Richond, VA.

My parents have the white one.
I'm in Canada, too so that should be the same. Mine's an SXT, though, not an R/T. I don't see how that would be the difference, though.
I ordered the 2.0 SXT with everything but the UConnect and a sunroof.

yellows look awsome on the r/t's with the crome rims and matching interior, and there is like an electric blue running through the line and im pretty sure that it is being sold in the u.s. its not like the srt electric blue but a light blue, i was looking at it today.

jburke have you seen the caliber brochure and if so can you say if the color of the yellow looks anything like whats pictured in the brochure? Hard for me to describe but I guess I would say it looks kind of like a candy yellow laid over a silver base, or is it more like a canary yellow? I guess what I mean is kind of like the yellow on the pictures of the rumblebee at this page, http://www.virginialinex.com/album/RumbleBee.html (its also described as Solar Yellow)
