you do not need to go to the dealer.
these locks are made by mcgard.
try them first and see if they can help you.
a new key is $15.
i will try to attach papers i got with my kit.
you really need a key number, so, i do not know if mcgard will be able to help you.
but i would start with them.
if no help, dealer here we come.
get after them for not supplying this info to YOU. you paid for it and the dealer IS responsible !

see IF the dealer can contact the previous owner and see IF they registered the key number with mcgard.
if so see if they kept their receipt, that has your key number on it.
then mcgard can send you another. need that registration number though and a replacement key through mcgard ia $15.00.
send me your e-mail and i will supply a copy of the registration paper work i have with mine.

I'm sure you checked, but these are normally in with the Owner's Manual...
there IS a registration card that needs to be filled out, when these are bought.
I beleive that is what he is saying.
Is a small card with mcgard on it and hopefully the code number for your key.
these ARE not mopar brand, they are aftermarket.
only use a tire store or dealer as last resorts to remove them. good chance they will damage your wheels.
