Before flaming begins, this dyno reads a big higher then dynojet from what I have seen in the past but even if we deduct 20whp and 20wtq (it's not that bad in reality) it's still a great number. The lines don't cross at 5252rpm due to different scaling on the sides. If they were scaled evenly they would cross at 5252..
More significant for me is the comparison to a flashed S1 which had wide open throttle all the time as seen in the video I posted while back, and that car put down around 340ish on this same dyno. What was really great to see is what difference small adjustments on the Realtune MapClamp made. As you can see all 3 runs were done within' 3 min of eachother, which means car was getting heatsoaked every following run yet it made more power each time so I'm sure the 3rd run setup would've made even more power if it was the first run.. I'm running a stock intercooler
First Run: 355.7whp - 391.6wtq
Leaned the clamp by less then 1/4 turn for the 2nd run:
Second Run: 359.7whp - 392.9wtq
Leaned the clamp another 1/4 turn for the final run
Third Run: 363.4whp - 398.4wtq
So basically each less then 1/4 turn yielded 6whp and between 1 and 5wtq. There was STILL room to go, seeing barely any knock (no knock 3rd run at all), and if I wanted to push the AFR into 12s.... Maybe next time...
For comparison I made 384whp on this same dyno w/ my neon w/ nitrous and I ran a 12.0@118mph spraying 2-3-4... I'm confident the caliber will run mid 12s with this very setup on slicks for fun...
Mopar S1
Realtune Map Clamp
MaxxFab Downpipe with Cat
AGP WGA 12psi spring
Intake
Holding 18.5psi, highest ST Knock 0.3 on 94 octane AFR in 12.2 dropping to 11.8 with small lean spike at the begining.
DYNOCOM is the brand of the dyno..
This just shows how AMAZING Realtune map clamp works.. If you don't have one already I'd pre-order one with Aaron this week!!! I'm 100% sure that this is only scratch on the surface and I don't see the reason why we can't stick bigger injectors in there and actually try and put the 19psi spring in to use..
I hear Aaron has 100 clamps coming!
