Does anyone know a decent site with any Caliber SRT-4 Desktop Wallpapers? I can't find any good "action shots" of the car being driven and the ones on the Dodge site just don't cut it for me.

Blimey, if I ever lay down that much rubber in my SRT I'll be most upset lol.

go to the photo forum and look up all of Goober's picture posts (several of them), I use his pics as my wallpaper, he has some excellent shots of his black csrt4.

no problem, did they find out what was wrong with your car after it stalled ?
Ya, the clutch is completely gone. Luckily because it's brand-new it's covered by warranty, good thing too since it's $3500!! Have to wait 2 1/2 weeks, but I'm going to look on the bright side, more time to practice driving Standard lol.

AND they might be doing a full tint-job for free because this happened.

holy crap, you better be nice to your dealer because they are doing you a huge favour. Most dealers would have tried to get out of that one. Try to get some more practice on a different vehicle because they won't likely cover a second fried clutch. Try not to slip the clutch with so much throttle next time around, it builds up alot of heat. good luck with it.

My clutch is about to take a dump, I have been driving stick for 10 years. I only have 2,000 miles on the car and the TOB is already rattling. This is with moderate driving and 1 drag strip pass. I hope they fix this issue.

well you either destroyed the clutch in record time or there was a defect lol. $3500 is one crazy expensive clutch! The free tint would be pretty cool, it seems like your dealer is taking care of you pretty well! :D

Well, I'm thinking it was a Defect. Surely it would take more than a few hours to blow it up so completely, even for a newbie.
I deal with Eastside Chrysler, in Calgary. #2 Dealer in Canada apparently. My Salesguy is pretty eager to get 100$ on his review thingy that I have to fill out. I've bought all but my very first vehicle at that dealer and they've always been pretty good.

for sure, you still rocking the caravan? lol
Screw that. I made the better half keep the Ford for longer so that I can still use my Jeep Liberty and took the Caravan back. Then when I get the Caliber the Jeep goes to the better half and the Ford goes to the sister-in-law :)

$3500CAN is a lot for just a clutch isn"t it?Or was there more damage and they have to change other things besides the clutch?
I think it's quite an excessive amount too, but I was told it was just the clutch. I'm *ASSUMING* there is more to it than just the clutch, you know, fiddly bits around it etc. But still...that's a lot. Oh well, I aint paying it so what do I care? lol

Well, I can't seem to get a straight answer out of them as to what is wrong but it's still in the shop. :(

Oh well, such is life.
