2007 Dodge Caliber 2.0 Issues

I have replaced almost everything on this car except the transmission. I keep getting the same codes: P0300, P0301, P0132, P0340, P0010, and P01607.

The car starts, but it is a rough, rattling sound. The fuel injections were changed out. The oxygen sensors were changed. The ignition coils and spark plugs were changed. The camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor changed. The PCM was changed 6 months ago.

I'm so confused!! I need help!!!
